Chalmer is responsible for making 88.3 The Wind sound the way it does. He chooses the music and program elements. He's also your onair host each weekday afternoon 3 PM - 7 PM.

Chalmer Harper joins Radio Training Network from Johnson City, Tennessee, and he is excited about his new adventure in Springfield.

Chalmer has been married to Meredith for seven wonderful years and they have one son, Jay, who is fifteen months old. Chalmer, Meredith, and Jay have an absolute zoo in their home with Alex (The Welsh Corgi,) Pepper (The Welsh Corgi/Australian Cattle Dog Mix who is Jay’s best buddy,) and Tina (The Ferret.)

Chalmer really enjoys playing his guitar, singing, and leading in his local church praise band. He (and Meredith, too) loves to be up on stage in Community Theater productions or church performances. And is a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, always in search for a fantastic cup of java.
