Kim Stoops has non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer). Chemo treatments are no longer working. She is now in a clinical trial from the barnes hospital in St. louis. Both of her parents died at a young age from cancer. her an her brother need a miracle.

several months ago we emailed in a prayer request for our nephew Kyle. He needed a kidney transplant. Well he got it. He is doing really well. His body is really accepting it. His color is back and he is regaining ground back in his young life. He needs to gain weight but the grandmas are on the war path for that. Praise the Lord. Joy needs prayer as her blood pressure is elevated and she can not seem to get it down. Now that we have a pool in our area we have the opportunity to get her into aquatic therapy. Pray that the bugs will be ironed out. She should be able to get to the pool twice a week. Charles has been given the opportunity to work more hours at his job which is a praise as so many places are cutting back. This leaves Joy alone more. we hope to get some one to come in to help her thanks for your prayers for our family and God bless you.

My family is in need of prayer. Satan has been attacking our family for over a year now. We have three teenagers and we are having constant battles with attitude, disrespect, and all of them making bad choices. My husband and I feel like we have hit rock bottom. People keep telling us that God never gives us more then we can handle. However, we feel like we have all we can handle. As parents we are trying to raise our children with morals and values. They are fighting us on every decsion. We feel like no matter how hard we try to be good parents and make the right choices as a team, it is constantly backfiring. We need prayer that God will intervene in our situation and that he will fill our home with peace, love , and patience. We also would like for God to give us wisdom to know what the right decsions are.

First of all, I would like to thank everyone who comes and reads the prayer requests as I do and for praying for everyone!!!
It seems that lately, since my faith has been so high I have been hit with so many challenges in life and in my faith.
My marriage seems to be falling apart. We went and seen Fireproof and it was a great movie and well expressed and since we went and seen it, and we are encouraging everyone to see it and even made arrangments for people to get a discount on the tickets, our marriage is crashing and fast. It seems no matter what we try, we fight more. I know it is the devil mostly working on my husband but it is having the bigger impact on me since my faith is so much stronger.
Our finances are basically not there at all. Our checks are gone before we get them and to top it off, my car broke down and I have no way to work. I make good money but we are so far in debt we are barely getting by. I am tredding water and I am so tired I am about to drown. My children don't ask for much because they know we don't have any extra money and we are barely able to get food right now.
I am discouraged and just need the prayers to help uplift my spirit and bind the discouragment.
I know god will not let me down, I am worried about letting him down. I am always the one to extend a hand when someone is in need and now that I am in the spot of needing help I feel alone.

I announced last week that my wife Jackie had a biopsy done and it came back binine. After talking to the doctor this week they told us it was cancer. We start Chemo and radiation next week. I would like to ask for prayer for healing and also for strength for her to be able to get thru these rough weeks ahead. I am 16 years old, and I overwhelmed with my life. That sounds so funny to say, since I live in such a healthy and loving environment. I know that the main cause of this is that I am really struggling in my spiritual life right now. I've grown up in a Christian family my entire life, I have had a steady walk with God up until this year. It's been shaky. I know that God aches to spend time with me... I am having difficulty managing my time. He has so much to teach me, but I could come up with a million excuses to avoid Him. I am tired of it being this way, but I don't feel ready to give in. Yet I can feel the Spirit tugging....

The girlfriend is very controlling and pressures him into doing illegal/immoral things. I realize he is making that decision-albeit a poor one. It breaks my heart to see him treated so poorly by someone who says she loves him. I have trouble sleeping at nite worrying about him. He is saved and I feel like that is the only hope I have for him. I am fighting depression today, I feel like I have failed the Lord and my son somehow. I covet your prayers.

We have our church praying for us and I thank them so much everyone has been here for me. My wife feels like she has fallen out of love with me . This has taken place over the past 13 years we have been together. And she finally had enough she said. I am going through some difficult struggles right now. I feel like my faith is being challenged and it is not easy. The despair in our economy has had a direct affect on my family and serious intervention is needed. I know that God is the only one that can control the situation and I just pray for the strength to make it through this battle and be drawn closer to the Lord. I would also like for my family to be remembered during a difficult time, the loss of my Grandmother (adopted mother.) She was my rock and it will be one year on October 14. I know she is in a much better place and I was so blessed to be with her in the final days of her time here. My family was able to see an unexplainable miracle that healed many wounds and broke down many walls during those final moments in the hospital. It is still hard to know that she is not here to give us hugs and feel her embrace. I just need comforting during this difficult time. I also continue to pray for the salvation of my husband and loved ones. Please keep us in your prayers.

I am having a lot of stress at my job and is causing physical symptoms but am unable to leave until the first of the year also my husbands job is possibly being sold to a different company which means right now a loss of around $15,000 that we cannot afford to lose. Please pray that something a door will open where he can make enough money that I could stay home to be with my children.

My friend received a letter this week and found out that medicaid is going to continue to pay for her doctor bills since she just went into remission and still has several doctors appointments a each month. Praise the LORD for answered prayers!
Please pray for our oldest daughter. She is a senior in high school and a GREAT person, student, christian but it seems like every time she turns around, someone is trying to break her down and cause her problems. She doesn't do all of the stuff "typical" teenagers do and she shoulders a lot of problems from "drama mamas" who I feel really want to be more like her but aren't and resent her for it. I ask that you pray for her strength and ability to overcome all of the hassle.
I have a niece that needs urgent prayer. she needs healing, she is going blind, she is the sole provider for her home. she has 5 children. Her husband refuses to work, hes 35 and we know no one would hire him. but he tells her that God isnt real, and she should just die so he could get the insurance money for him and the kids. He also tells her that she has done something bad in her life and he is punishing her. The thing is, he physically abused her before they moved here a few years ago. she left him and then went back and got him. we tried to talk her out of it, but she said she missed him bad. I asked her what part of her body does she liked be hit on. Its a sad situation. They also have no finances to cover the surgery, and no doctor in springfield will do the surgery, and she was told she would die, if she didnt have the surgery. So we need a VERY BIG MIRACLE.

Ihave been truely blessed but I would lie prayer for my dear freinds The Petersens. They are trying really hard and are always in the word. They have 3 great teenage children that no matter what happens and what the situation, they accept it because it is god's will. The Petesens are always helping others, they tithe faithfully, give to those in need (including cars) and now they are in need. They are in need of a car for themselves and for propane for their house. They have just down sized from a big house to a small trailer because they hear the calling to the ministry. They accept all they are told to do and I would love for them to be blessed and have the Blessings God has for them right now to be poured on them. They are a great Christian family and I am truely honored to have them as friends. Please pray for blessings to be poured on them and finances to be restored on them. Thank you so much!! Judy continues to support 88.3, which she has been doing faithfully for 13 years. She remains steadfast in the Lord's care. She asked that we would pray for her relatives to know Jesus.

Hi, my name is Kenny . I previously sent a prayer request to you about not having the money to fix my roof and the whole thing. Well, we've come up on a new problem. I told you my wife is pregnant. We found out today that we're having a little girl. I'm so thankful that God has seen fit to bless us with this gift. The bad news is, Crystal is going to have to be on bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy. She's due in February. This means she can't go to work, church, or anywhere else for that matter. This presents a problem because I don't make enough money on my own to pay any the many bills that we have. I know that God will provide a way. I just don't know what that way will be. I am asking for prayer for myself. I had a bad traffic accident 3 months ago and had a concussion, bruised ribs, whiplash and tendson cut in my right hand. I had surgery for my hand and it has been very slow progress. My hand is very stiff and isn't moving very good still. I have also been diagnosed with Complex regional pain syndrome.It is fruther complication my hand progress and is very painful at times. I ask that you pray for my hand to recover fully and for my Pain syndrome to calm down and go away. I am asking for prayer but also praising god for protected me and my 2 & 4 yr old in this accident. It was a very bad roll over crash that wasn't my fault. My 2 and 4 yr old were fine because God protected them. My faith is being tested through all this.I am trying to stay strong.
